①International Shipping

Yes! All products listed on TEAKYO are available for international shipping. For international orders, please select your order’s destination from the country list when checking out your cart order.

At TEAKYO, we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days provided;

+ The item(s) you have chosen are in stock
+ The delivery address has been verified
+ Payment has been approved and received

Please kindly note that:

• International orders are shipped via Air Mail and arrive roughly 7-20 days after the package is picked up for most countries but can take longer. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

• Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information can temporarily not be updated frequently and may cease updating once the package leaves Japan. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by Japan Post.

• Although we take every care to package our orders safely, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. 

• Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

②Return/Refund Policy for International Orders

We want you to love our products but if you don’t, we happily accept returns and will refund any unopened / unused / undrunk items within 30 days of purchase (excludes shipping). Please email us at shop@teakyotea.com for refund and return inquiries.
